5407 is now back from its diesel conversion about to go on the 7

What sort of display are Wolverhampton vehicles using today for the diversions?

Is 'Chapel Ash' appearing as a destination,  or are standard displays being used & the drivers are telling the passengers verbally?

The 15/16 are some are using 15E/16E Wolverhampton with no via points
And others are using 15E/16E Wolverhampton Chappel Ash

Did wonder whether another depot would help out, due to where some of the diversions were.

Quote from: Stevo on July 31, 2022, 11:43:42 AMHave they upgraded the engines to the standard Euro6, which is the 6-cylinder? I thought it was just 5409 that was the standard 6 cylinder, the others retaining their 4-cylinders. And are the other E400Hs 5413 on not going to be converted?
whats the performance like on a 4 cylinder cummins powering a double decker, i assume during conversion to 6 cylinders a gearbox is added and rear axle swap, must be quite the undertaking.
Are these enviro 400h not suitable for full EV conversions or is it case of not enough service  life left in them to warrant the cost.

Was there an issue between Willenhall & J10 this morning, as I had to wait ages for a 529 from Walsall,  then when 6763 turned up, he did normal route up to Primley Avenue,  then he asked the passengers if they wanted stops in between, otherwise the next stop was Willenhall.

He diverted via the Bcr as far as the Keyway then went the back way into Willenhall via Rose Hill (He dropped me & another guy by the industrial estate there, (Thanks!))

According to Bustimes.org,  6764, who was with us as far as J10, missed the Keyway turn off & ended up turning round in Bilston!

Edit - Now found out there was a collision on Wolverhampton Road West!

Is there a few buses missing on the 15 tonight? The 19.50 from merry hill never showed up and the 2035 is looking to not run, nothing on bus times (only one 15 tracking it's the 2030 from Wolverhampton) and no mention of service adjustments on the nx site.

The buses are probably late or not tracking

6795 was swapped off the 16 at Wolverhampton Bus Station with 2003 going on there instead for some reason.
