I quite agree, in these cases the perpetrators should be named and shamed. Then found, pinned up the wall and shot. However, something tells me that the government wouldn't be TOO happy about that. Bull***t isn't it?

Stourbridge Ring Road closed earlier just before the Police Station due to a serious accident, buses being diverted via Hagley Road, Heath Lane and Worcester Street.
Pensnett is my local garage. Favourite bus of all time is Fleetline 6360 (KON 360P).
