The 72 was probably all euro6 for the first time today. I saw most, if not all of them. YW had 4181 on the 49. Sunny were using their usual buses.

At least 4 Gemini on the X12 today.A trip to town produced 4645/50/51/52 with platinums 6702/04/06/07.

I reported this issue to Network West Midlands, and have just received the below response:

Re: Yardley Wood rail station - service 5
Thank you for contacting Transport for West Midlands, part of the West Midlands Combined Authority, regarding bus service 5.
Although we produce all timetables, accuracy of data is the responsibility of the operator. TfWM have not been informed of any service changes to the 5 and as far as we are aware, it should still be servicing Yardley Wood Station. I have therefore passed your comments to NXWM asking them to investigate your concerns and reply to you directly.

I expect you will get a similar response to your query.

I was on the 76 again today and I was pleased to see the stop flags have now been changed along Highfield Road and no longer show the 5.

Never heard any more back from either TfWM or NX Bus regarding this...
My locals:
2 - Birmingham to Maypole | 3 - Birmingham to Yardley Wood
11A/C - Birmingham Outer Circle | 27 - Yardley Wood to Frankley
76 - Solihull to Northfield | 169 - Solihull to Kings Heath

And I noticed this week that the Robin Hood Lane stops now show the 5.  I didn't hear from TfWM either!

It was my understanding that 733/4 were to work the JLR shuttles in Gaydon? Or did I just imagine that?

Saw one of the two working the JLR Solihull shuttles this evening. Wasted opportunity for a photograph, as I was on a citybound X12 at the time of sighting - having just passed the stop on Old Damson Lane.

What are the chances of finding them on the JLR Solihull shuttles again? Also, last question, is the timetable (dated 2015) still accurate? I've linked it below for reference to those in the know.

733/4 are to work internal shuttles at JLR Gaydon yes, i'm sure Tony did say it was previously operated by a minibus when with Silverline.
Pretty unlikely you'll see 733/4 on there i'd imagine, they were up until recently operated by E200 MMC ever time i've seen them, though AG now have 831 - 836 and it was said these are for the JLR Solihull - Airport service and the 31 with 2230 - 2233 going back to YW.

There is a timetable on the NX Website that was put up only a month or 2 ago -

733 & 734 do turn up on the JLR services at the NEC occasionally.

So I see! :) Thanks for the clarification; don't suppose you know if either would be on there today? @Tony

4231 was on the 72 today, otherwise all the other 72's were Geminis. I saw most, if not all the 73's and they were all from the 4276-4291 batch.

Yes, every 5 & 31 was a correct bus. The problem AG have at the moment is 4660-79 are having Euro 6 conversions for Solihull but the outer circle branding hasn't been taken off yet

So that leaves 4508-4517, 4519-4523 left blaring their fans. That's a real shame. @MW, looks like it's just these ones left :(

2210 (4/4A) - 5/73
To be quite honest, it happens that often, in my opinion its not even worth mentioning this.
They never stick to the 4/4A anyway.
There are loads on the 5/73 and 58 every single day, you could bombard the forum with long lists of 4/4A branded vehicles on the 5/73 and 58 every single day.
You get a 1 or 2 on the 72 as well somedays.
It was the same with the 71/72 branded E200 MMC everyday at AG - there used to be loads on the 37 and also peak time 1's every single day.

Never you knew you're part of the admin team?
I just post it as they are off the routes they are meant to be on.

I don't really think it's as bad as the 71/72 brandeds going off onto the this route. There is less route branded E200MMC's at AG then there use to be, so it can't happen as often.

Also I don't see them everyday, but I rarely see them on the 5, 58 and 73, the 72 has them more from what I see.

I know i'm not part of the admin team, I was just saying how often it happens.
It can. There may be less of them at AG, but it certainly does happen just as often.
I've been travelling into Solihull everyday for the past 2 weeks and there are certainly always about 2 on the 58 most days with a couple on the 5/73.
