Does anyone at Arriva know that Blakenall in Walsall is not spelt 'Blakenhall'?

Everytime they've been involved in Service 19 & 319 before it, the printed timetable they do is always spelt wrong!

Is there any other 'famous' mispellings on timetables that have never been corrected?

Must admit looking at the one photo Tony linked to, its a shame the missing connection bars make the fleetname look off centre!

Back in early deregulation days, there was a 926 Dudley to Birmingham.

It didnt last long, along with the 901 Walsall to Lichfield to Roughley to Brum!

That looks more than likely.

It may be 100% livery, but I bet it wont be 100% fleetname!

Why all the different Diamond fleetnames?

Surely its easier with just one Diamond name?

You see Red Diamond vehicles in Walsall sometimes.

Did Wolves Corp ever do Wolves to Stafford, or was that always Midland Red?

Well I was only thinking of the dead mileage from Cannock to Bloxwich!

Its all very well having a bus war, but what happens when one operator is victorius?

Did NXWM's predecessors ever work into Tamworth, apart from Drayton Manor trips?

Seeing Arriva will be doing both routes completely, how about linking them both together, running the combined route from Wednesfield depot?

When Arriva accquired Chase, they had a final day of operation specials.

Any plans for the Midland operation to do the same on their final day?

Those who know Willenhall near Wolverhampton will know Hootys.
(I work at the big Spar depot further along the road!)

A few years back, Bilston Lane  / Rose Hill was closed for gas or sewer works,diverting those routes mainly via Shepwell Green.

One day I was leaving work & saw a 525 Excel coming up the estate access road, which was off route.

I rang my workmate, who was still in the office, & he took a pic of the bus parked up on the Spar depot Goods in unloading bay!

Shame we never kept the photo.

More recently, the change from Walsall to Wolves for the 529, caused one vehicle from Walsall to head onto the Black Country Route instead of the 'old route'.

The driver ended up turning round by the Burger King roundabout & coming back to Junction 10 & resuming the route from there!

I remember the previous Metrobus 2075, as it broke down in Stone Cross on a 404 back in the early 80's.

Can we have the Walsall - Bloxwich 370 / 371 circulars back as we used to be able to catch one from Leamore Bloxwich Road right round to Beechdale Sainsburys without going into Walsall?

(Technically we live 20 mins walk from Sainsburys, but since they got rid of the 351, it's a pain in the bum to keep going via Walsall!)
