4350 ventured out for first time at WA, was not in service so not sure what route it's going onto

It has gone back to garage shortly afterwards, it did not have a ticket machine.

Sorry but been down with flu, so been missing of here for few days, 4350 has transferred from PN to WA, would have thought 4181 would have gone or am I missing something? Looked through vehicle transfers but don't see anything mentioned?

Tony's mention of 4350's transfer.

Pensnett is my local garage. Favourite bus of all time is Fleetline 6360 (KON 360P).

Replaced 4127, only had it for one trip

Assume we're a Plat down, as 4870 is on the 2nd Cannock this morning.

I was thinking about this while on a 529 to Wolverhampton and I thought why did Walsall Garage withdraw of the 40 and replace it with the 37 between Walsall and Willenhall when you've got the 41 it doesn't make any sense.
The reasons I thought of are The 529 being made a Platinum route meaning more people will use it.
You've also got the 69 to provide links with New Cross.
The 40 wasn't doing very well.
The 37 was introduced to provide Darlaston and Willenhall links.
But I've seen 37 with no passengers on now not including the 333X I have also noticed the 41 seems to have more people on it and the 40 would have been busy with the 41. Now I think they brought the 37 to provide a link with the Manor Hospital and Willenhall but then scrapped it and made the 39 serve the manor. Can anyone shed any light on what NXWM or Walsall Garage were thinking when withdrawing the 40.

On the 301 and 302 when drivers board the bus going to the garage do they have to pay fare or use passes or do they get on for free.

I'm assuming you mean NX staff. If they're in uniform they can just walk on, if not I believe they can use some type of company ID to get on. Bus travel is free for company employees.
