No

Westy

Doesn't what is left of the current vehicles painted in heritage liveries go 'full time' into the heritage fleet anyway?

I think one of the E200 at Coventry replaced 4453?

That would be interesting to see.

4318 (rotton outriggers)
4573 (engine)
have both been withdrawn at Walsall

Tony

4389 (electrical problems) has also now been withdrawn

Quite sad news, but 21 years is an insanely good lifespan for a bus used almost every day for long hours. Just shows the impressive build quality of these vehicles. Hopefully there will be a special day for the final day of service for the ALX400 and Wright Eclipse Gemini 1 bus types.

Mayfield

And the maintenance they have had over the years

With 4538 finishing at WN, they now become the 4th 100% euro 6 garage, CV & YW shouldn't be far behind.

Is 4449 Euro 6?

I make the numbers of non Euro 6 as:-
CV - 4 (will be 3 when 4452 goes)
AG - 18
WB - 18
WA - 10
WN - 1 (4449 if non Euro 6)
YW - 7

Yes, 4449 is euro6 as per my post you are replying to saying WN is 100% euro 6

Thanks - I had seen the WN garage post. Just a little surprised to see 4449 is Euro 6 given it being somewhat isolated from other Euro 6 buses in that fleet number series, and presumably dates from its days at BC? I'm presuming 4460 is not, and 4466-74 are Euro 6.

When the euro 6 kits were ordered for Tridents it was expected that there would be 7 Tridents in the training fleet. In the end 4257 & 4258 were used as they were in better condition than any withdrawn tridents which left two spare kits. These were used on 4125 & 4449
