Thanks. I saw that the services had been cancelled on a TfWM registration notification and just wondered.

However they are being deregistered for local travel meaning fares (and therefore other connections) will no longer be available between Wolverhampton and Birmingham.
Who would use a coach to go from wolves to Birmingham anyway?

Why not, it's much quicker than the only direct bus,  and there's lots of people who don't like using rail based transport for some strange reason. I've had a few when I've driven the routes.

You still will be able to buy tickets anyway, cancelling it as a local service doesn't stop NX selling tickets between those points.

No, they will not be selling tickets for local journeys between Wolverhampton and Birmingham. No fares will exist. Also means no opportunity to book connections such as Wolverhampton - Birmingham - Bristol or Wolverhampton - Birmingham - Leeds. Any passengers already having future bookings via such connections can expect an email from NX advising to rebook from Birmingham.

I apologise, Seems a strange decision, the deregistration as a local service doesn't physically stop that, but it does look like that decision has been made.

It is a shame that the coach service in Wolverhampton has declined over the years when before you could get a coaches to Scotland and Blackpool....

Who knows one day it might pick up again but we can only hope.

Didn't realise anyone did that these days.
Don't judge me until you've walked in my size ten shoes.
