Centrebus have posted a photo on their Instagram of 4 sprinters

As a completely wild guess, I think these 4 might end up with fleet numbers 2101-2104. These ones aren't Iles-bodied are they?

Double-decker 902 departed for scrap on 28/02/2025. It was noted leaving Wenlock Way, on the back of a low-loader, with its roof cut off.

On 04/03/2025, the latest Mercedes arrivals were noted parked in the yard at Wenlock Way, with vinyls, fleet numbers and fleet names applied. Numbers are:

2006 - RJ74 EYH
2007 - RJ74 EYV
2008 - RX25 TFK
2009 - RX25 TGF

Also present was E200MMC YX18 KNR, freshly painted in Centrebus livery but not wearing fleet numbers or fleet names.

A few more LC routes have appeared in Centrebus' timetable data (and thus bustimes), apparently starting on 17th March:

• LC5 and 5X replacing 27 and 27X respectively, going between Loughborough and Sileby. The timetable looks to be identical.
• LC10 replacing 58, going between Market Harborough and Lutterworth. A similar service with a couple of additional late afternoon/evening journeys added.

The 44 is also finishing on 15th March. Not sure if anything is replacing this one, possibly that Market Harborough FoxConnect which I think was announced?

This says the 44 is becoming the LC4. It also reports that from the 28th April, the 747 becomes the LC7 and the 22A will be running to Birstall on Saturdays, replacing the 22B.

Bustimes shows services 24 and 24a start from the 28th April, presumably these services will replace the north section of the 22a and 22b. 24A Haymarket to Birstall & Barrow-upon-Soar.

Honestly probably not. Leicester hasn't been repainting vehicles lately with the exception of new vehicles, despite some needing it! I think the last they did was 314?

I suspect they'll keep running the older buses as they are until they break or get replaced by EVs.

It has been a really long time since anything got repainted, 314 was painted almost 3 years ago!

I saw one Versa lately - it had lost so much paint on the nearside!

And I wouldn't be surprised if that new logo as seen on 578 isn't going anywhere.

I like the new logo, it's a shame it's not been rolled out
