No offence, a blog is all about comment and constructive criticism so great. There has to be rules and guidelines which we all try to observe and there can be no excuse for running early but how on earth could any rule abiding bus driver have failed to be late out of Birmingham over the last few weeks on more than one occasion

Is there any truth in the rumour that an IGO driver was prevented from driving by the DVSA during a road side check at Wednesbury bus station on a 64 service vehicle for not having a DQC  last week ?
