Well the 298/9 broke down on Lye bypass today, am wondering whether they swapped the bus that was on the 240 onto the 298/9 route(which is busier) and when they got the broken down bus going, put it on the 240? Now it could have broken down again?? Just a thought.

Caught the 145 to Blackwell this morning and had the same driver back this evening, so had a bit of a chat with him coming back into Longbridge. Apparently during the week they get a lot of school kids and that pays for the bulk of the service, and on Monday morning he took a considerable amount of money. But today he had a grand total of 4 passengers and I was 2 of them...
Now in exile in Oxfordshire....
