WMSNT are taking the Acocks Green route 40 over from VIP the end of next month according to the NWM service changes

It's certainly something of a 'hot potato' route; first AM-PM, then Silverline, then VIP, and now WMSNT. Who next?  ::)
My locals:
2 - Birmingham to Maypole | 3 - Birmingham to Yardley Wood
11A/C - Birmingham Outer Circle | 27 - Yardley Wood to Frankley
76 - Solihull to Northfield | 169 - Solihull to Kings Heath

allocations of wmsnt route buses are, 101/116 North B.Ham, 102/5/6/8/9/10/11/18/19/20 South B.ham, 103/7 Wolv, 104/13/14/17 East B.Ham
120 is allocated to South but a local driver said it was not there !!

From April 8th, WMSNT will be running quite a few Warwickshire Flexibus contracts..... Bedworth's local service B1/B2/B3 plus nine other routes which are typically one return journey per week, some of them run into Solihull and Coventry.
Further details here: http://www.warwickshire.gov.uk/busservicechanges

In summary WMSNT gain 12 routes, A&M Group lose 14 routes but gain 4, A-Line Travel lose 4 routes (including Coventry service 735!) and Centrebus gain 2 routes.

Are A-Line Travel pulling the plug on bus service work? ...well after the fiasco with Coventry service 801 it's what they deserve.

what will WMSNT be using for the new services

Why are they called WMSNT ? Is/was there main business operating buses for the handicapped?

I think the main business used to be pretty much only running the "Ring and Ride" services for anyone who found using normal buses difficult. But with funding under pressure for that it seems as though they are looking for new areas of business.

Is`nt this a bit of a contradiction?Do they have an unfair advantage when tendering because of their charitable status?

Yes full, because they aren't looking to make a profit (as told to me by a driver).

112 is missing from the list & I would of
Thought that 113/4/6 would of been together
not at 2 depots also where is the grey
mini they stated running buses with based

Ken Taylor

there is no 112 or 115 in the fleet list !! The alocations are correct !

Solo1

what is the fleet number of the white dart that runs on the 425 & how come 2 depots run the Erdington- Sutton  services rather than just the one
