Loud music is irritating rather than intimidating. And sadly the majority of peoples vocabulary these days consists of foul language. But why would it matter what seat they travel on? There are now surely more refurbished than unrefurbished vehicles in the fleet overall. Could have been worse like Matt says

If you want to have the privilege of travelling with Kirsty she travels home on the 246 after working from  1 a.m. to 10 a.m four days a week at Tescos in Stourbridge.

Expect delays on Hagley Road services in upcoming months. Roadworks to begin in a week at the crossroads by the Kings Head in Bearwood for 28 weeks (6 and a half months). Streetlight work will also be taking place on the Hagley Road West in Quinton, and of course the Livery St diversion will be on (although that might save a bit of time!)
