It was definitely on the 141 this morning, seen passing the Hagley Rd West / Wolverhampton Rd junction from City at approx 8.10.

I was on the X96 today and caught 1705 and the bus sounded absolutely dreadful, like something was worn or not balanced as you could not even hear the engine over the noise.

Yeah I had that one on the X96 a while back, didn't sound right at all, exactly how you described it

I have been a couple of Mercs at WN that sound like that. I caught 1672 on the 59 a few weeks back and it sounded awful.

The Mercs branded for the X96, theyre Pensnetts worst Mercs for unnerving sounds but considering they get alot of passenger wear 6 days a week they arent too bad

1705 has been like it for a while now and seems to be just getting worse, it's not like the buses get thrashed along express ways or up steep inclines most of the service is within built up areas 20/30/40 mph.

yestarday I rode not 2154 but 2087 on the 53 and no jordan in the cab
