What's happening with the 17,17A and 17E because bustimes is saying '17E renumbered to 17. No change to timetable' but there is no sign of any changes to them on service changes on nxbus

That was registered before the current timetables

They are, yes. They're also back to running Monday-Saturday on the 12/13/A

How do I apply for a bus pass refund- my pass is a 3 month student pass = £436. I expect I will receive a reduction as per the T and C on NWM. Any idea if I apply on nxbus or NWM? The number begins with 633597 01**. Any help would be appreciated

Assuming its a NX pass, if you call them on 01212547272, you might be able to have it suspended as well I think?

"Adults and Students- We can suspend the account for a minimum of 1 month to a maximum of 6 months, please note that we do need 1 months notice for suspensions and they have to run inline with your Direct Debit date. This can easily be arranged over the phone if you can please call the team on 0121 254 7272."

I brought it in August for 3 terms though. I paid in full in August for the bus pass to take me up until June
