Portland road to brum- people have 129 and 120 and 126 and X10
Chiquitoes- brum- x10 126
Halesowen- brum- x10
Stourbridge- brum- the only god dam bus route so why are you sending buses to brum NIS from Stourbridge?? As for driver breaks it wasn't a time that it occurred.

Really wished someone else would operate or compete with nx on this dreadful service

Answer to your first question - to get it to Stourbridge quickly to operate the section between Stourbridge & Halesowen where there is no other bus as you state. (There was already one going Halesowen to Stourbridge as you already stated)

Please tell me how you know that driver hadn't been driving for 5 hours, so if he didn't get to Stourbridge in the next 30 minutes he would have to park the bus at some random place for 30 minutes.

The same drivers that went into Stourbridge left Stourbridge suggesting it wasn't time to swap drivers.

6107 was the In service one. Think it was 6114 the NIS one. 12:45 Stourbridge

So two buses arrived close together at 12:45 both in service, one 19 min late and one 12 min late

6107 left at 12:51
3305 left not far behind it
and you're critisising a controller for not running three buses, one of them 20 minutes late together leaving a 20 minute gap in front of them all the way to Birmingham and back and probably again at 15:00 when colleges are coming out?

Get real.

And there was a NIS running into Stourbridge must have arrived 12:55. When as you rightly say there was 3 buses running together would the controller send another Stourbridge bound?

I think many of us on the forum would like to know what happens in that control room.

Why not start up your own bus company and have a go yourself if you think you know how to run the 9 service better?  :D
My locals:
2 - Birmingham to Maypole | 3 - Birmingham to Yardley Wood
11A/C - Birmingham Outer Circle | 27 - Yardley Wood to Frankley
76 - Solihull to Northfield | 169 - Solihull to Kings Heath

Andrew's beloved Diamond tried for some time, but because of the various places problems can occur it is quite a difficult route to operate and realised it was not a good idea

If it has so many difficulties why has it not been split? The 99 got split for poor reliability

The 9 only really suffers in the peaks, the 99 suffered constantly. The 244 has been one of the most reliable Pensnett services since its introduction.
