Oh yeah a few WN tridents are quite poor

I went on 4566 and 4588 today and both were almost spotless apart from a couple of seat burns. Compare that to 5401 which is adorning a few large "Smurfs" and other scribble

But to bring it back towards Snetterland. Will we be seeing an Eclipse 2 in Crimson in the next couple of years?

Hate to mention this, but think we are slightly off topic!
Pensnett is my local garage. Favourite bus of all time is Fleetline 6360 (KON 360P).

I noticed the Reading MMCS are more comfortable to ride in upstairs and they have 3 more inches legroom on the offside with one less row of seats in a longer vehicle. The moquette and interior is more welcoming and elegant too!

You wouldn't want to sit on 1 of those seats all the way to Birmingham from Stourbridge on the 9 if it's the same material as the drivers seat we have.

Passengers haven't complained about the seats, 'they look plan's according to them.

Fair point Stu I'll kick something off under a general discussions!

Popped to PE today, seemed very quiet with few buses in the dead box!

In the naughty corner (buses facing the wall) were 1515, 1520, 1665, 1521 & 1637. The 289 seems to signal the end for the Mercs as no less than 3 of them have 289 on the rear display.

Seems that they have started to use parts of 1515 for other bus repairs, sad as i thought it might be a candidate for preservation.
