I guess i'd have to agree with you there. And I think it'd make sense, with the new deliveries (E200MMCs) coming in, it'll cascade "older" buses to other garages like PE, giving 'leeway' for the rest of the E400s to come down to PB...

Regarding 6107 in Dudley bus station.

It's on board 246/02 and replaced 6117 due to 246 not being programmed into the blind

In regards to @P419 EJW post about 824 being on the 140/241, could 824 have been brought out to replace 2103, which involved in an accident on Manor Way on the 241?
Hypocrites are like flares... a right pain if one goes near you, and really annoying to get rid of...
