Y reg Tridents are allowed on the 129 though aren't they, as the city emission rules only effect routes which have a frequency of more than 3 buses an hour?

4195 I believe- and 758 is Carla. Long time since a y reg been on 129. PN doing rail replacement? Or any other reason for this?

PE must have enough 44** Tridents for their City routes that have Tridents, hence why Mr 4194 said that 4195 is unusual on the 129 as PE normally have enough compliant Tridents for them but today they must of been a few short.

On the NX website it says the 129 is still operated by WB.

It doesn't need compliant buses.

It's 2 buses an hour. I know it doesn't but PN normally have enough spare so they can be on the 129, save using 41** Tridents.

It was on the 141 back in the day- first time I had really noticed it as such and took note. I loved the engine in particular of this one and also struck me through the amazing interior- still to the day it got withdrawn it looked brand new. Suspension on this one was quite good aswell from what I recall

So the fact that the 127/128/129 have a combined frequency of more than 30 mins doesn't make a difference?

Streetdecks were no doubt on 246 today.

I don't think that 758 was allocated to the 129 at the start of the day- don't hold me too that though

Isn't the 246 the route they get allocated to? Alongside the 9? No need to post them if they are on their allocated routes!

Around 11 this morning there were two crimson trdients followed into merry hill, one went not of service and then 758 came into the bus station with an engineer driving so 758 replaced the not in service trident then

Thanks for the confirmation, even the e200 leaving merry hill wasn't full, it does question the future of the 129 route especially between merry hill and blackheath. I know Portland road is a bit heavier on loading. E200 round 129 route was suited well- quite nippy things actually.
