B10s have come to Miller Street for robbing for spares for the training fleet, Short Excels should be next to disappear for scrap

training fleet doesn't need to be 100% low floor. The two Metros are still hanging on, although one is poorly at Walsall at the moment with a bad air leak

None of the B10L's that were stored at Pensnett have left, all Excels are also still there

i understand that, but my point being that vehicles withdrawn with abs etc and lowfloor would make more sense in the training fleet getting the learners used to all the different aspects of an accessible bus. for example my mate went to walsall training school. he said that as all the training vehicles on site were step entrance, they had to wait for the trainer to be allocated a spare service bus to enable them to do ramp training and looking at wheelchairs etc. are the 3 mb 0405ns being converted yet

Not that I'm complaining at another new bus for PE, but why? Seems strange that they just order one new bus for NXWM and it goes to PE, any ideas?
