I agree-arriva may be interested in buying the cadets-many of them even have the arriva interior colour scheme. DOnt know why on earth they are selling these buses. Surely the idea was to get rid of 21 of the oldest buses-tho I guess that wouldnt raise as much cash

The cadets are good buses to travel on but do make some strange noises squeaking from what seems to be the body work and most of them keep going up and down and not keep still when at a stop dont wether have a faulty low floor system, but 30211 has just been repainted may be after the incident with the enviro 400 on the 50 a few weeks back.

Noticed on the NWM Service Change PDF file that they say its Blue Diamond's 30 service in Coventry that's being withdrawn, and no mention of the 30 service in Solihull, so did they cock that one up with VOSA also?  ::)

If all these vehicles are getting sold on what will be replacing them, as at the moment the cadets are used on the 16/301/404E and replacing them with solo's or smaller darts is not good as the capacity of them are too low and the older darts are worn out altough have higher capacity than the smaller vehicles. Would the money raised from the sales pay for investments into new vehicles for some services.

Thats good D10 but I was interested in Tony's list of rotala buses for sale because i also read that some esteems are also for sale from preston so just interested where the list was

Thanks Tony thought i havent saw it around for a while now i know why, alot of diamond buses seem to get involved in accidents and incidents recently.

I agree-there seem to be a lot for a fleet that is about 1/9 of the sizeof NXWM it must have more than 1/9 as many accidents

As blue diamond are withdrawing the 37 and 97 the vehicles from these services may transfer over to black diamond replacing the vehicles currently on sale, but these vehicles have to be sold first. I would think some of the X...AKW and W...JNF darts could return to black diamond of where they once operated from.
