Anyone know why the omnilink vehs 1844 to 1847 are listed as B44? and not B43 like all the others?...Used the 66A today with 7032 (am)-  Is it my imagination or do these (Ex dundee) vehs have a longer wheelbase than the volvo B7's?- they seem to be moving around a bit more now...7022 on the 28, 7024 on the 7, 7026 and 7032 on the 66A today, with B10's back on the 907! well, off peak at least..
Mind the Gap.....?:-)

Because 1844-7 have 44 seats while all the others have 43.

I was going to ask a similar question. Where is the extra seat on 1844-7, as I have never noticed another seat in these 4 buses.

Stu

I've never noticed myself, but maybe instead of the two single seats facing each other, opposite the buggy zone, there are three fold down seats instead?
My locals:
2 - Birmingham to Maypole | 3 - Birmingham to Yardley Wood
11A/C - Birmingham Outer Circle | 27 - Yardley Wood to Frankley
76 - Solihull to Northfield | 169 - Solihull to Kings Heath

They only have one buggy bay not 2

Similar question, how do 4680-86 only have 42 seats upstairs?

I think it is because they are high backed 'premier' vehicles, so they will have more legroom, therefore less seats than the normal Gemini's of the same age.

Nothing of the sort, just they only have 4 seats on the back row, not 5

Yeah, I've not noticed that either. I only just realised that it was just one seat less, not more!
