Who will run the 20 21 22 215 and the supposed 23 
Or will it be the current operator?

Service 23 - Oldbury to Brandhall: New service, replacing service 13 between Oldbury and Warley, The George. From Warley, The George, buses will extend to Brandhall via Bleakhouse Road, Perry Hill Road, Tame Road and Foley Drive. 
Buses will run approximately every 60 minutes, Monday to Saturday. 
Updated timetables to follow

The service changes page doesn't mention any change of operator for the 20, 21, 22 or 215 services, so you should quite easily be able to draw your own conclusion.

I understand that NX Bus will operate the new 23 service.

It doesnt mention theres any change it also doesnt mention there wont be any change so, i dont know maybe they will change ill assume not due to 215 being tendered in a group but still.

Honestly, that's pretty good. Stagecoach still have February changes up on their website for Coventry, only mentioning fare increases since despite notable diversions having taken place. 😂

I notice that the link to the new 22 timetable is now dead. I also see that TfWM have added "This service will also be operating at an increased frequency." on the Bus Changes page.

The service changes link on the NXWM website for the 22 say that it will run down Shenstone Road rather than Rotton Park Road.
