Sounds to me very much like a transport broker, not an operator but who knows these days

Just looked on DfT site and they have 3 "O" licenses registered at that address. TM is Christopher Knott

According to Google Maps, they are by the scrap yard in Hollyhedge Lane.

There's quite a few small coach operators that have popped up in recent years around the West Midlands area.

There depot is behind the Car Dealer opposite the long demolished Orange Tree Pub Site on the 41 route. Looking at the Dealer in the background they have a Turismo it looks like
