Companies house shows they changed their registered office address to an accountants in Halesowen in January.

Some sort of accounts was filed two days ago, I don't understand it well enough to know what the current situation is.

looks like konectbus, in their new livery they launched the other month.

would make sense with them being go ahead as well, konect/hedgingham has a lot of ex london stuff being the Go Ahead groups "dumping ground"

Neither do I  !  It also stated that two out of the three directors resigned earlier in the year . . .  .

Apparently ex Carloean and Panther Travel E200 AS09PAN has been sold to them so they are still active

That was back in March it was sold to someone in Bedfordshire in March aswell
