Quote from: BusDriverBosh on July 11, 2023, 06:04:56 PMYes, not the best! I'm guessing it'll be sharing the stop with the 60/17?

Quote from: Jack on July 11, 2023, 06:24:26 PMI have feeling it's going back to where it originally stopped where the 45/47 currently stop.
Moor Street Queensway, stop MS8. The stop currently used by the 45 & 47.
My locals:
2 - Birmingham to Maypole | 3 - Birmingham to Yardley Wood
11A/C - Birmingham Outer Circle | 27 - Yardley Wood to Frankley
76 - Solihull to Northfield | 169 - Solihull to Kings Heath

Guessing, it'll go down to the bottom of Moor Street and turn around by the thinktank?
Your new favourite 61/63 late night driver 😂

Turns at Park Street and stops on both sides of the road like the 45/47 strangely currently do.
Local Routes
94/95, 11A/11C, 28.

Just spotted @Stu 's Facebook article and it states that the 934 etc & X51 will also serve the Square Peg, which is better, so you would still have the choice of the  51 or X51 from the same stop!

Don't think the original information made this clear ISTR?

Quote from: Stevo on July 11, 2023, 09:16:33 AMThe funny thing is they erected bus shelters and kerbs opposite the Square Peg some time ago on the inbound direction but I can't see these are being used.
Didn't they use those stops during the games last year

Would have had a job to with Bull Street dug up

Stevo

In spite of what I posted earlier about the hole at the bottom of Lower Bull Street I saw yesterday that not only had it been filled in but tram tracks are already laid down to and partly across High St / Dale End. They'll still have to tarmac around them before the 23rd.

Anyone who looked at the new timetables on the TfWM website would have found out the same details, I'm not privy to any additional 'secret' information!

Your average joe won't spend that much time, but hopefully staff will be on hand to assist.

Whilst lower bull street wasn't open to traffic and the stops in question not being used, the road was fully tarmac'd over during the duration of the games with the tracks already laid being covered up. It was dug up again after the games had finished.

Because that's where the 2 and 3 stop?

That's not a good idea, that lay-by isn't big enough, especially for their layover and how many services stop there.

MasterPlan

Is there any chance of the 23/24 moving terminus to Colemore Row? St Martins Queensway just isn't suitable.
Local Routes: 002, 39/39A, X21, 46, 76.
