Yes, it's 2111 being rubbed down today

I've seen 4966 which has recently been repainted into grey you can still see the old 74 brand slightly on the windows

Will any of the platinums get repainted by any chance? because some of them are quite beaten

Stevo

I expect the Platinums will get repainted, presumably in standard all-over grey, but will the Platinum brand be continued? As I understand it all vehicles since the last Platinums have been to Platinum specification, so perhaps there's no need to continue the brand.

Hope they get a refurb too. The 2015 and 2016 Platinums are in shocking state interior and exterior wise.

Hopefully new USBs will be fitted in the 2016 batch if they do get a full refurb I don't think that I've ever seen a working port on them since they were brand new. Also will the platinums get the seats that the 2022- electrics have if they are fully refurbished @Tony?

So customers are expected to use them with their worn out seats which have very much seen better days now. The 2015/2016 need refurbing not a quick repaint.

Have a read of what Tony wrote again.

For clarity, I believe that should read 're-covered'

But imagine how much it would cost to replace every single leather high back seat I imagine that the ones in very bad condition would get replaced

I did read what was said, clearly you've not ridden many of the older ones to see the states they are in.

Slashed leather, worn out cushions (particularly the rear seats). Very much a let down to not retrim them to at least the new standard spec of seats.

If seats are slashed like you say they should be replaced and not going out in service like that if a driver does his morning checks
