 Browsing through Flickr I noticed a caption under a photo of one of Hollywoods aquired Tourismo's - 603 HWT, saying that Hollywood Travel have been aquired by Meadway Coaches.

Not sure however, Christopher Watson director of Meadway was appointed Director of Hollywood travel in February of this year

Yes, Chris Watson of Meadway became the major shareholder of Hollywood Travel on 1 February, and the registered office address was transferred to that of Meadway in Garretts Green in April.
