Some unusual workings?

The other problem is I know West Bromwich didn't allocate any B6s to the 451 on Friday, that doesn't mean there wasn't one on ther because occasionally a bus will be changed after a breakdown, but I was watching the 451 on Friday, see this photo I took of 4522 http://wmbusphotos.com/NXWM/4475-4699/4522.html

I certainly didn't see anything that looked remotely like 501

It was a red & white B6LE, but it couldnt have been 501 as the it was in a red, white & blue livery when sold to EMR

I think the fact it was sold to EMR is more important than the livery. There were certainly no B6s on 451 when I was watching the route, so must have been later, what time did you see it

PE today had 5 Enviro's! on the 246 + 2 B7's, that has to be something of a record. For once it almost appeared to be the showcase route that it should be!

Makes you wonder what was on the 141 that day. On Friday lunchtime when I had a look to see what was in Pensnett garage, there was 4-5 Hagley Road branded Enviros parked up out of use between the peaks. Seems a waste of useful resources.....

Even more impressively these 5 Enviro's were all the plain unbranded from 4800 to 4810 so did not look out of place in Brierley Hill with horrible green branding declaring every 8 minutes along the Hagley Road! This makes you think that perhaps the 5 Enviro's on the 246 were actually planned to have been there!

Double deckers getting more frequent on the 447, but it seems whatever is spare gets used on the service its a mix of all types even the Alx 200 darts get used occasionally

I don't think that's at all necessary. I live close to the 447/448 route and the 447 doesn't justify doubles for me

I can only think of one other time so many Enviros have been on the 246 in the same day, one saturday last year I think there wer 2 B6s, a few Mercs and possibly 4 or 5 Enviros
