Will it still be ran by WA and interwork with the 6 in Sutton?
Correct

WA 77 is confirmed to run Streetly (Hardwick Arms) - Sutton coldfield every 30 minutes with 77A journeys continuing to Walsall mornings and early evenings and all day Sundays.

Walsall - Sutton end to end travel must have dropped drastically over the years then, old 366 and 377 used to be quite busy now just the 6 half hourly
Now in exile in Oxfordshire....

Just got off 2138 on the 29 and posters have now appeared regarding the 77 changes and about the 31/32/40/42/43 coming back to joint timetable with diamond

Suppose one or both operators will have to change their branding  again?

All the information now on the nxbus website but there are no timetables yet

Funnily enough, the new timetables can be seen on the tfwm website

No changes for 96?

Tfwm says change of operator Monday to Saturday daytime

Stu

My 2 and 3 services (YW) badly need a new timetable, so its disappointing that these haven't been revised.

Increasing levels of traffic in Billesley along Yardley Wood Road are causing major delays in the morning peak, as well as the ongoing roadworks in Digbeth causing delays in the evening peaks.
My locals:
2 - Birmingham to Maypole | 3 - Birmingham to Yardley Wood
11A/C - Birmingham Outer Circle | 27 - Yardley Wood to Frankley
76 - Solihull to Northfield | 169 - Solihull to Kings Heath

It will have been put out to tender I presume.

Though Diamond run in East Birmingham on subsidised routes 25, 93 and 71 operating out of Tividale.
And until recent changes occurred Thandi Red, Smethwick did to.

96 will lose passengers if another operator ran it alot of people don't like paying Nbus, they should just change something perhaps call it 95A and just run erdington - cHelmsley or even back up to Solihull? Or re route the x12 through shard end

I'm not sure what the reason for running to Solihull would be when there is the X12/72, how many extra vehicles and costs would that entail for 0 extra passengers. And X12 being rerouted through Shard End I can't understand either or how that would work.

I still reckon they should curtail it erdington - chelmsley or even to the airport with the extra connection might be better than the kings standing extension (maybe connect it with the 75 if claribels operate it)

I did notice that the 54 says the new operator is yet to be confirmed but the timetable page shows a NX timetable from the 5.12

I'm sure if they felt it was commercially viable though they would do as you seem to be saying and  "continued to run that part comercially  or if it was possible amend another service to cover well used sections".
I doubt they will have taken these changes or any decision to remove a service lightly.
