However, hard to get the investment fully on there when deliveries keep getting delayed. It was promised deliveries would be end of April for the remaining evora'a to be delivered and it looked promising when D&G had there last one delivered but still are waiting for the ones for Chaserider. Hopefully soon but right now there's not much they can do with what's on there until the final evora's come
its on 60 today again the one new evora! Its rare both new evora do a full 74./828 week together. Guess 60 cannot have bangers on then.

They have some really odd allocations today. 5 of the 7 ( i think) Telford branded mmcs are on pye greens and the 3, the two brand new ones are on Telfords . Lol

I dont understand why the parent group investes in vehicles for the job on certain routes/ route vehicle improvements etc,  then the depot aint useing them on them routes they supposedly purchased for.

The 2 metrocitys didnt seem to complete the 74/828 shifts today again, while the so called new evora investment for the 74/828 one of them was on the 60 yet again. Dont understand the logic of it especially with all the issues on reliability on 74/828 again of late. Its like they just dont give 2 hoots about it.

Lets hope they redeem themselves once the last of the new evoras turn up and turn it around in to a good dependable service once again. Dont think 7 covers PVR on the 74/828 combined though normally about 10 without all the chopping and changing of vehicles after 4pm.

As a regular reader of the thread since the start of operations, with all the problems, there was that few weeks gap, where nothing was being posted & I thought(whether anyone else did?), perhaps they've finally got on top of things, now problems seem to be back with a vengance!

To be honest things did get back under control. There was still the slight hiccup that appeared but was fixed within a day. As of right now its like all the kids (buses) have just decided to throw all there toys out the pram and have a paddy wack

I don't know why Chaserider don't give the 828 up. They clearly aren't able to run it reliably. 4 failures again today. Embarrassing.

seems like chaserider have lost all of the travel telford contracts, same with select so hopefully that frees up some mmcs for the 828 it really needs them

What's the betting they get transferred out elsewhere in the group & something inferior comes in return?

some of them telford mmcs are bit small for the busier 828/74's times i guess, but a vast improvement on albert steptoe & sons daily unreliable scrap yard operatiion its become. Jeez imagine having ya name on the o licence for compliance  :police:

Yeah only 2 of the Telford ones would be suitable for the 828. But surely instensive interurban stuff would be better with a heavyweight vehicle. The 5 little ones would be ideal for the 3, Pye greens etc or 841/432
