Has this situation been resolved yet or too early to comment?

From what I've seen today between 12-2pm In the peak and higher demand times buses are getting caught up. At 2 today most of the Lancaster circus buses were using dale end and the priory Queensway because of the backlog and buses were routinely late from what I saw. Also is this bus gate in operation as I saw not a single motorist turn back and instead continue along the bus gate.

The traffic from Albert street is that bad that is causing a bus queue all the way down carrs lane.

Local Routes: 002, 39/39A, X21, 46, 76.
Localish Routes: 18, 23, X22.
