- 10H cut to operate between QE Hospital and City Centre only. 15:55 from QE Hospital to City Centre will no longer operate.
This revised 10H will most likely continue to run empty all day, as the areas this route serves have much more frequent and better services.
- 10S will be cut to operate between Quinton and Selly Oak only.

No mention of the loss of the 36 !

Claribels, no change of timetable

Meant to be reducing the 94 frequency to take on more tendered work (36)...

So the 27 route is completely unchanged. 3 mins layover in Harborne during the day so in reality most buses will do the Harborne loop without waiting anywhere - much as they generally do now.

NX will probably gain some extra passengers then and maybe a bit busier at peak/busy times then. Since the Claribel buses do leave full when I see them in the City Centre at 3 - 5 PM.
I wander if NX will put any extra capacity on during the peak times, double deckers on the 55 maybe, as the Omnilinks struggle to cope at present.

I doubt decreasing the frequency of the Claribel service will do anything to increase in passenger numbers either, most who use it would probably switch to using NXWM.

A frequency reduction on the Claribel's 94 will be the start of a downward spiral for that route, tendered work is all well and good, but it can easily be lost on re-tender.

One of my predictions on the level.

Interesting new route change on the 10 and 10S

Buses will run from Four Dwellings along Quinton Road West, then turn right onto Simmons Drive and follows this down to Martley Croft. It will then turn left and run up Quinton Road West and will turn right onto Hopedale Road where it will follow the 19 to West Boulevard where it will pick up the normal line of route.

It's a good way to get the 10 and 10S serving the same bus stops as the 24 heading towards Harborne where hopefully it will pick up more customers.

Shame about the 36. They could have really made a change to the route as it has only been going through operators every 2 years or so. But reliability was a huge issue. The last bus just passed me at 18:51 while it was supposed to be there at 18:38.

The 54/54A change doesn't make any sense.
On the website it says that it will run from Worlds End to Birmingham but when I click on the link to the timetable, it says that it will run its normal route from Worlds End to West Brom. Also why does every other journey on the 54 becomes the 54A. Wouldn't  it  make more sense if the 54A combined into the 54 because the 54A is basically the 54 in the evenings and Sundays.
