NX Black Country Faresaver / Nbus Black Country / Walsall Low Fare Zone validity

Are these valid on both the 51 & X51 from Walsall to Scott Arms?


The 2 bus stops physically are sited just beyond the A4041 boundary, but looking at the faretables buried deep within the NX website, it says the X51 is only valid to Chapel Lane(the hotel by M6 J7!), which physically is within Sandwell(the Walsall MBC boundary is Merrions Wood!).


What about the 51?


My sister had to visit a friend at Scott Arms & I thought it was, as the old Walsall area WMPTE pass from 30 odd years used to be valid to there, in the same way, that particular pass used to be valid to Wednesbury Bus Station, despite being in Sandwell.
