The vibrating noise was so bad it was actually hurting my ears at some point it was OK when the driver was putting it's foot down on the acceleration it was flying as soon as the driver took their foot off the noise and vibrations were awful didn't sound too well at all but the bus was on the 4H and 4M board constantly today changing between the 2 services and not going on the 4.

It was awful-I will say that the ex ludlows buses are great interior wise though-clearly well looked after. Personally, I would sell these cadets and replace them with some darts to standardise the fleet and genuinely the darts are far more reliable.

You may have noticed Diamond have been trying to do that for the last year! You can only sell buses if someone wants to buy them!

I did notice that lol but are they just too expensive??

1618 broken down on the 48 outside the Junction pub in Harborne at 3pm this afternoon, on a narrow section of the High Street - would have caused rush hour chaos if they didn't get that moving fairly sharpish.

That is why another Gemini appeared on the 59 today then! I was in Wednesfield this morning and only saw 5511 (The only hybrid on there at the time, along with 3 Spectras). Then when I was in Wolverhampton later in the day, I saw 2 leave one after the other, and wondered where it appeared from!!  :)

John, 1672 appeared from nowhere on the 59 this afternoon also! Would of thought 5510 would of been on the 59 in the first place.

What time were you in Wednesfield/Wolverhampton John?

One thing Daimler Mercedes Benz are good at is producing excellent Diesel engines, I do miss the sound of the 0405n for all its faults you couldn't knock that 12 litre engine.
