1857 broken down on the 4

7500 broke down on the 16, engine sounded rough.

7530 broke down on the Harborne High Street - Engineer is in attendance.

Seems to be making all sorts of (warning) noises from the drivers cab though...

What surprised me is that the driver drove off with the engineer's vehicle, so I assume they're taking it back to BC.

Im on 6789 at the moment, & he's just stood at Hollyhedge Lane for about 5 mins & made a phone call.

He's on his way now, but whether the 5 mins waiting time was anything serious, I dont know.

A Select 53 reg Solo, on either 877/878 had broken down on the A449 towards Wolverhampton around 2:30pm today, blocking one lane at traffic lights and causing congestion. Can't imagine those 20 year old buses have much time left.

I think I saw the same bus about 90 minutes later (unless it was another 53 Solo they have) heading into Wolvo empty, so must have got it restarted - that's some wait though for passengers if there was no replacement for the original service.

I think you drivers should campaign for the fitment of 'soundproof vanity screens' on buses like the 6789  avoid being overheard ordering your takeaway for collection at end of shift 🤣😀

6932 broke down while on X10 near Gornal Wood

Looks like 1806 has Broken Down in Darlaston on the 39 hasn't moved from the Bus Stop twoards Bilston and 1803 on the 39 behind has seemingly picked up it's passengers.

4618 broke down on Balmoral Road, looks like it wasn't able to start its 822 journey, so that's a 23 eliminated from the peak.
