508 seen at 16:54 on Wednesfield High Street dead. White van parked up in front of it and an ambulance behind but I think that was unrelated. Was previously on the 25 going towards Pendeford Business Park.

One thing Daimler Mercedes Benz are good at is producing excellent Diesel engines, I do miss the sound of the 0405n for all its faults you couldn't knock that 12 litre engine.

until it cought fire

#1323
4577 with its bonnet up in Bearwood towards Birmingham at 8:25

Then on my way home I passed 4811 in Bearwood at 4:10, NIS with the hazards on. The driver stopped our bus to transfer passengers. (an ambulance parked up just as we left, but by the way it parked I don't think it was related)

Which is a bit strange as the 50 doesn't go along the Stratford Road

Couldn't make out the fleetnumber in the dark but there's a Diamond bus currently being hooked up to a recovery truck in the middle of West Brom bus station... Causing some interesting maneuvers for other buses to get round it
Now in exile in Oxfordshire....

An Aziz coach decided to fail next to the railway bridge on Highgate road by the traffic lights on Moseley Road, the bonnet was up and nobody was in the coach. It was by it's own depot!

Not sure what had happened, but it was up and running again in no time. 2129 had it's engine door open for a few minutes this morning at the 'Hagley Road' stop on Colmore Row.
