Some passengers are well out of order. A bus missing on WA 31/32 at 8am would only be about maybe 10 minute wait.

The agro/complaints/abuse over missing buses to will only make the current drivers want to leave meaning a long time before the shortages will be over.

Exactly, just starts turning into a cycle really. Similar situation happened with a CV 6A I was on, passenger hopped on started complaining about the bus being really late (which again it wasn't, the bus before was just missing) but there's just no need since it's putting a lot more stress on the current drivers that are just trying to do their job, not their fault that other drivers are leaving and this will just make them want to leave as well.

Have you forgotten the whole bus industry is suffering from no end of driver shortages according to information I've heard Diamond are 29 drivers short due to the fact 14 drivers quit last week and 15 the week before so it's not just National Express having issues it's across the board and comments like yours don't help matters!

Is there a reason WB operate a few of the evening peak WA11 services? They don't interwork with the WB45 at Bradford Place, nor any WB services at Dudley... is it to do with the driver shortage?

Probably just because Walsall are struggling with drivers and wb only do 1 board on 11

Rachvince53

Just like WB do a few runs on the X8, it's to cover driver shortage.

There's a post on Facebook referencing a change on the 31 / 32 on 27 November.

Link doesn't work.

Someone points this out to the Nx staff on Facebook, who swear blind it refers to the Remembrance Day services diversions.

Does anyone proof read the posts before posting & what is this change anyway?

Looking at this can't see much difference on 31 and 32 but last 2 buses from Walsall are run by Diamond buses.

31/32 reduced from every 4 minutes to every 5 minutes
