Saw at least two 69E trips from Walsall towards W'ton yesterday (One was to Wednesfield but didn't see the destination of the other so i assume that was just to Wednesfield too)

One 69E terminates at Wednesfield High Street, the B7RLE dedicated journey. The 69E 30 minutes behind terminates at New Invention, Square, a destination that B10L's have on their blinds

Is there a chance Walsall's remaining roller blinds might be updated or is that it?

Yes thats the one that terminates at Wednesfield about 18:4* or round about :) One was seen displaying 69E on the side blinds in the middle of the day and another was a B7RLE just after 3PM displaying 69E to Wednesfield (However that one could have been a case of the wrong display showing)

I was a bit surprised when 4735 arrived in Walsall Bus Station at 18:15, it finished the service, the driver changed the display to "Walsall Garage" front and side, the back displayed "WA". It looked great, different from "Sorry! Not in Service".

Was there any issues on the Dudley to Walsall route this evening between 430 & 515?

Had to wait ages at the Parkway today!

Don't know what it was, but I can see the gap you are on about.

The 16:35 from Wednesbury Bus Station was on time, you must have just missed that one
The 16:43 from Wednesbury broke down (1902) replaced by 1888 which started from Wednesbury Bus Station, so didn't get to you, then all the next few left Dudley on time but lost between 12 & 15 minutes between Dudley & Tipton creating a 42 minute gap where you were waiting

There were two Omnilinks (1885/6) parked up at Dudley bus station at 13:30 this afternoom NIS and a B7RLE had just left on the 311.
