Yes. About 15 years ago.

I heard the rumour last week and I do actually believe it
I believe it too.
The 52 was at WA until 2007 (or 2008), transferred to Perry Barr around that time.

Could the PB allocation be being shrunk in advance of any depot move.

Looks like the 659 11a from Walsall to Dudley didnt run this morning, as the 709 11 had its passengers as well as its own, plus some of the passengers who would normally catch the 719 11a  caught it as well, so we had a well full single decker with standing passengers all the way to Wednesbury Parkway, possibly the whole route.

But another 2 weeks or so, I'm transferring back to our Willenhall depot, to start a new role in our warehouse, so I'll be catching the 326 instead!

:) :)

Tonight, not much better.

According to one of my fellow passengers, he'd been at Parkway since 420 waiting for a Walsall bus.

One has turned up around 455!

Update : Someone got on at Wednesbury BS & gave a load of sarcasm involving Christmas to the driver!

The 11/11A is prone to being late due to the traffic it in counters on route. Maybe due to the traffic an untimetabled E working happen to try and keep the route running. Bradford place could of had traffic issues. It's rush hour so delays do happen!

Last week there was roadworks at kford cross and commonside which caused the 15 to bunch up. I remember waiting for a wolves bound 15 and both the Wolves 15 and wall heath 15E turned up at the same time.

Face it with the congestion around many towns getting worse beyond ANY operators control, there will be lateness during the peak hours.

I know NX/Diamond tries its best to keep to timetable and provide PVR vehicles to help with gaps but with the traffic getting worse; delays will happen

I'm hearing 952 is to transfer to walsall garage any truth

I've been told that the 952 will be transferring as of the 25th of November. Apparently drivers at Walsall are being asked to go onto the rota.

Will it be on its own rota? I wonder if some Omnilinks are going to move with the 952? As I don't think theres enough if the 952 will move, really can't see it going to Double Deckers, really doesn't require them at all.

Maybe WA will get 6711-18 from PN to cover the 952?

It wouldn't need 8 buses.
Maybe 6711 - 6712 could go to AG for the X12, so AG have enough. Then 6713 - 6718 to WA for the 952.
Local Routes
94/95, 11A/11C, 28.

Yes I know it would not need 8 buses but WA are short of platinums to cover all their platinum routes!

I'm glad someone said it, although, there are plenty of interworking options... i.e. 51, 934-937, 997 (the X51 doesn't run late nights, so I left that out)
Class 153, 155 and 156. The Super Sprinters
"Around the corner" routes: 21, 89
Local routes: 12/A, 48/A
Semi-local routes: 54, 80, 87

Most used routes in bold

Loads if strange garage allocations through the 00s.

52 at WA October 2001-October 2005
900 at WA October 2001-May 2002
258 at WN October 2000-May 2002

All down to Driver shortages on Birmingham side.
Service 11C passed to AG October 2005 with PB ganning Private hire from AG and 52 from WA.

As for dead mileage there's loads on 934/997 to from Pheasey so Perry beeches won't make much difference.

This transfer is temporary if its permanent I'm sure some interworking will take place.
