MW, Sorry to read you have been dismissed just before Christmas as well , at least you,ve experienced what it's like being nx driver it's not easy as people make out , MR and Mrs joe public just think your sat on on your Arse in a warm comfortable environment turning that wheel here and there. They don't see realise what a nx driver has to do to get the basic 38 hr pay especially with ever increasing compasses, currently 8hrs 45 is the max at west brom before a duty is considered to be split duty, I hear at BC it's 9hrs 15 mins is the max compass on a normal duty, may be some one can enlighten me.
