In response to Westy's question  :)

@Westy

I expect the Scanias at AG will likely go to WA, replacing the B10Ls and Volvo B7RLEs. There are currently 34 Scanias at AG.

Now there are 11 B10Ls hanging in there I think at WA currently.
38 B7RLEs and 33 Scanias.

If the 311/313 goes double deck as I saw rumoured on here (?) that would release 12 buses. Conveniently just one or two off for likely requirement for the  34/34A/38/39.

With the arrival of 34 Scanias that would give that extra number to easily replace the B10Ls. That would also replace a large majority of the B7RLEs at WA, with the remaining few replaced by a few more incoming Volvo ALX 400s from PB.

I expect if the 311/313 did go DD, it would be after the Platinums arrive, releasing E400s and Geminis. Some of those no doubt could be used on it, with the rest going to BC perhaps to replace some Tridents on the 97 or Pershore/Bristol Roads. I could see YW get a few to replace its 13 Presidents.

The other thing is that I can see more ALX400s going to WA, replacing Tridents which will move to WN, to see off the Spectras. That would standardise on Volvo B7s at WA, and Tridents only at WN. There are 24 Tridents at WA currently, and PB have 36 left, including 4304.

Those 24 Tridents could see off the Spectras, as well as a B6 or two, at WN. The remaining 12 Volvo B7s at PB could stay there, or move to WB, to replace the 12-14 Mercs left there. That would solve the Merc problem at WB, increase capacity there and allow the Volvo ALX 400s to just be allocated to two garages again, WA and WB.

My thoughts on it - just predictions at the minute but would seem logical.

1787 is on WA69? Thought this was now in Dundee?
Hypocrites are like flares... a right pain if one goes near you, and really annoying to get rid of...

Tony stated that although 1787 may have not physically reached Dundee, it is now of WA's books:

If they did then it would be better from them going to Dundee as I wouldn't get to see them 😀

They'd be more likely to go to Dundee than they would to go to Coventry ;D

Yes, I've heard that they are going to be on the 11/12 as well.
I'm not sure but the drivers seem certain they are coming.

Seeing as 4776 had its seats replaced into normal trim when it was painted, I doubt will they remain leather whatever happens to them

The Fox 4846

Well, I guess that would be a good place for them as they go via Warwick uni and the 11 goes into stagecoach' terf. Plus I could go to Leamington via the 900 and 11.
