 Northern can't blame anyone else for their failure to recruit and retain sufficient traincrew or the fact that units are sent off lease when since day one they have never come anywhere near meeting the committed strengthening requirements - blaming CAF doesn't wash, the possibility of their trains being delayed should have been taken into account.
