TfWM & upcoming bus service changes

Personally I think this is an issue for TfWM who need to allow the nBus and nNetwork products to cap via Contactless / Swift rather than leaving operators to have their own capping system.

Maybe it's me but that's 12-18 months too late really, especially with the incoming single identities and coordinated bus services.
