1887 wot a turd struggles to 20 mph, like driving bouncy castle while stuck in sauna.
1887 was a decent bus when it was at Walsall from what i remember it was such a good bus.

WB platinum's issues are electrical , Red STOP light plus 1 or 2 red battery symbols common.
All the dash lights up like a xmas tree followed by limp mode .

6956 on the 80 tonight

It was supposed to do the 23:25 departure from Town - it got to NS10 outside New Street and the road through to the markets was closed off by roadworks about 5 mins before it got there

The driver parked the bus in the road and got off and started smoking a cigarette and presumably ringing control for the diversion. He stated that it wasn't going to anywhere else in Birmingham and will be going straight back out to West Bromwich.

He proceeded around the loop and up to the Mailbox, Smallbrook Queensway and back out of Town.

There's gonna be a fair few upset customers who have to wait an extra hour for the last 80 if it even goes to the markets and New Street with no explanation.

If they was short of buses I doubt they would be loaning buses to other depots...

They have been for ages it's not recent. It depends on where buses are parked are depot etc mainly and then depending on the availability of Deckers able that can be used.

I'd rather an Omnilink than no bus at all and a missing bus

4766 involved in RTC another decker down.

4964 has just passed its MoT so will probably be out this afternoon in Grey for the first time

4767 on the 80 has just booted everyone off because the gearbox was overheating according to the driver

maybe it did because he was flooring it at every chance

As a regular passenger I would be mad, but as a bus nut I wouldn't be mad lol.

A driver cannot make any difference whatsoever. It's a fully automatic gearbox.
