I remember putting my 3p in the farebox when going to school after the 50 was converted to driver only operation back in 1972!

I wonder if some of those fareboxes are still in use today?

Well, Pensnett's are meant to start being fitted mid-November, although that's changed 3 times already.

1811 on the 55 has a new Init Ticket machine.

They do around 10 a day, they will all be fitted within a few days, please don't list all 1530 buses as they are fitted

Was on the 17 this morning and the display on the machine indicated the driver was running on time.Presumably this info is fed back to management?
