The Keyway in Willenhall

Looking online it seems that's the a454 Keyway in Willenhall has a bit of a dodgy past...

Maps that were uncovered by the team at Pathetic Motorways a couple of years ago have proven that back in the 1980s, someone at the former West Midlands County Council had had made a massive balls up and forgotten to remove the original Traffic Regulation Order for the bit of The Keyway that goes under the roundabout where the number 25 goes over

It turns out that someone had basically forgotten to, back in the original planning to make it a motorway, remove the order making that section a motorway
