The B7RLE at Wolverhampton, that are the same age as the 61 Plate Hybrids, lost there grey dot moqutte, in return for the grey/red dot crimson moquette.

Green and yellow seats have worn very well compared to the blue and grey in my opinion

Besides the seat facings, the interiors of the B5LHs are still looking very smart all round for their age. It's a bright and pleasant environment with the green and yellow. Would be a shame if it all went grey.

I wonder if 4520 will get a new Hanover display, or if it'll just get a static display on the front saying Driver Training or similar. Maybe it'll get one of the Plaxton's front LED display that are most likely lying around at Miller Street. Bloody great improvement the training fleet is getting. Varied too. A Scania, a E400, a B7TL and a Trident.

Yes I agree quite varied, I guess it willgive newbies a real idea of current service buses rather than those sheds the B10L,s
When I did my training we used service  metrobuses and Lynx bus all good
Was 4520 involved in a RTC for it to warrant a new front end

John

There is a picture on Facebook of 4697 in its new training livery

I agree with that. The Hybrids still seem in pretty good condition and the green and yellow colours are bright and something different.

The hybrids are going in standard crimson externally, but retaining the existing internal colours.

Yeah the whole front was f**ked. It was the one that went head on into a Scania Omnilink in Kings Heath 2 years ago. It's been off road since.

The rebuild of 4520 seems to be taking a very long time.

Can't say I'm not disappointed that it's not a livery variant; on the other hand fleet uniformity is always nice. I guess the Hybrid novelty factor's just worn off then? Unless it gets vinyls, I s'pose.
