the 66 plate Evosetis are convertable, the other ones are permanent open/closed.

Volvo Evosetis 1701 to 12-some are fully closed top,others are convertible open top. They can be seen in Bournemouth.

I guess the solution for First Kernow would be to replace the current open-toppers with 'convertibles', then they could be used all year around on all their services.

But that would involve spending money of course.

There was already a mish-mash of liveries last time I was down in Penzance. It looks like Cornwall has become a 'dumping ground'.
