mmmmm how can you exempt a car from a one way system unless you wanna cause an accident?
Pensnett is my local garage. Favourite bus of all time is Fleetline 6360 (KON 360P).

Interesting to see what happens if you drive a dual-power car, electric and "traditional fuel."  How will the folks who monitor traffic by CCTV know if the car is in electric or "traditional fuel" mode ??  Could be fun !  :)

Vehicle identfication is best done via DVLA data, eg. ANPR cameras linked to DVLA's database, that way cars of similar physical appearance can be instantly diferentiated, eg.
1.  Mitsubishi Outlander - diesel vs  Petrol PHEV
2.  BMW i3 - pure EV vs PHEV
3.  Toyota Prius - hybrid vs PHEV
As it happens to the trained eye a look at the offside of each of these vehicles enables the particular type to be ascertained.
