Stagecoach Service Changes June 2016

The 86 has been moved to this stop from outside the museum. It's on the timetable panel but 86 is not on the electronic route numbers. I thought that one of the obvious benefits of totems is that route numbers should be able to be changed with ease!

What are these changes which have appeared on VOSA Today?

That's quite confusing going on the dates, the only changes from around that date made to any of those routes is the Hales Street diversion, but that has no effect on the timetables.

If they have been listed incorrectly and are actually future changes, then it could be these...

The 48 and 55-7 changes *should*, with any luck, be the changes to Sundays to take George Eliot Hospital off the 56 and put it on one of the 48 journeys - Hinckley ones I was told, although the Leicester ones get 40 minutes layover and operate hourly so they'd be the better bet in my opinion.
I had a 56 a few months back that was 40 minutes late on a Sunday, just simply because there is nowhere near enough running time.
This was straight from Nuneaton's Union Rep.

I haven't heard anything on the 17B but I would expect it to no longer be serving North Warwickshire and Hinckley College because I've never seen it pick anyone up ever, unless it beats the 3 or 41, in which case, it just takes people on the short hop to the Town Centre. The College is completely pointless on that route. I must add that this one is pure educated guesswork and not fact.

I'm not sure what the Leamo changes are though.

I had a word with one of the driver mentors yesterday and he said they've been told September for the changes, so I feel that JPC is right on the date error.

In regards to the X18, they've been quite disastrous since the changes, with journeys either being late or not running at all. I spotted two together on Trinity Street yesterday and one driver tried to put his passengers onto the bus behind but the driver quite literally closed the doors on them, trapping one of them.

I think the drivers did have a bit of a tiff after, before the first one pulled away and the second one pulled on stand.
The 16A timetable is a disaster, the X17 and X18 timetables don't show the Coventry journeys, only the ones that start at Leamington at the same time as the Coventry ones arrive there. The 16A timetable shows both sets of journeys, but the timetable looks like a temporary one and not so trustworthy. I had to e-mail head office just to make sure I wasn't going to end up waiting for nothing to turn up - and it did eventually turn up 20 minutes late at 7.30am-ish!
